Proof of payment & confirmation of enrolment

Please keep in mind that it takes at least five business days for your bank payments to be processed by the university and credited to your student account.

To view receipt of payment in your Student Account

  1. Log in to ACORN
  2. In menu, select FINANCIAL ACCOUNT
  3. In the main body, select either button: SHOW PAYMENTS or SHOW ACCOUNT DETAILS
     

Confirmation of Enrolment/Registration 

Students who need a letter confirming their registration status, or enrolment status, can obtain one via ACORN. The letter will state the current registration status, of EITHER:

  • Invited to Register, before the submitted Minimum Payment to Register is processed by the university, OR
  • Registered, after either the submitted Minimum Payment to Register is processed by the university, or a fee deferral has been granted by the university.

To generate the letter:

  1. Log in to ACORN
  2. In menu, select TRANSCRIPT & ENROLMENT CONFIRMATION
  3. In the main body, select the button: CUSTOMIZE  AND DOWNLOAD ENROLMENT LETTER 
  4. Follow the prompts to produce a customized pdf letter.
