Ema Ibrakovic
Role: Clinic and Experiential Instructor - Mooting Advisor
Ema Ibrakovic, B.A. (Toronto, Victoria College) 2019, J.D. (Toronto) 2022. Ema is a graduate from the Faculty of Law. She is currently practicing criminal defence as an associate at Daniel Brown Law LLP. Her practice features a mix of trial and appeal work.
Ema graduated from the Faculty of Law as Valedictorian and as the recipient of the Stephanie Fleur Couzin Medal for Mooting. She articled at the Superior Court of Justice (Toronto Region). She then went on to clerk for the justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario and for Justice Suzanne Côté at the Supreme Court of Canada.
During her time at the Faculty of Law, Ema was a member of the Moot Court Committee, competed in the Gale Cup and Grand Moot, and coached four moots.
