Christopher McKenna
Role: Clinic and Experiential Instructor - Mooting Advisor
Christopher has a general litigation practice focusing on corporate commercial, estate and regulatory litigation. He has appeared and assisted in representing clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Appeal and has acted as duty counsel and amicus in support of Pro Bono Ontario. Christopher supports the Osgoode Investor Protection Clinic as external counsel and acts as an adjunct professor for Osgoode Hall Law School, where he co-teaches the Advanced Commercial Litigation Workshop, a course designed to expose future lawyers to corporate commercial litigation in Toronto.
