Introduction to Kanyen'keha/Mohawk Language Workshop

Join us for an introductory Kanyen’kéha (Mohawk language) workshop with Rohahiyo (Jordan Brant) from Kenhtè:ke (Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory) now living and teaching in Ohswé:ken (Six Nations of the Grand River). 

This session will guide participants through basic greetings, introductions and key cultural and historical context connected to the language. Rohahiyo draws on years of teaching and as a Program Director at Onkwawenna Kentyohkwa Immersional School and his ongoing graduate research in Indigenous Language Revitalization.
